It’s just a five-minute drive from the breathtaking Lake Windermere.
Constructed in 1836, this historic house is nestled amidst seven acres of meticulously landscaped gardens and majestic woodlands, offering captivating views across to Windermere and the surrounding fells. The beautifully manicured grounds provide a picturesque backdrop for your wedding photography, as well as ample spaces for socialising and private moments. The soothing sound of the River Troutbeck meandering towards the lake and the gentle splashing from the ornate fountain at the grand entrance further enhance the enchantment of this beautiful venue.
Broadoaks has 20 beautiful boutique bedrooms at your disposal on your special day, ensuring the utmost comfort and convenience for you and your guests. All rooms are completely different. Each one has been furnished and finished to a very high standard – and to suit the particular quirks of the room. We have 16 rooms in the main house, three garden suites and The Retreat.
