From small, personal weddings where the Broadoaks team can be witnesses; to large weddings of up to 130 guests, you will find the perfect combination of venue, food, service and passion to make your day simply wonderful.
Wedding Venue In The Lake District
We can offer Broadoaks as an exclusive use wedding venue in the Lake District for your special day. We have 16 rooms in the main house that sleep thirty-two guests plus extra lodges within the grounds hold room for more. We can hold in our restaurant 100 guests for a sit-down wedding breakfast and up to 130 for an evening function. Your guests will enjoy spending time in our seven acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, celebrating your wedding with you.
Only 5 minutes from Lake Windermere, but in a secluded position away from the hustle and bustle of the town, Broadoaks is that perfect combination of beautiful surroundings and practicality. As an approved wedding venue in the Lake District you can get married in our Victorian Country House or there are two pretty churches not far away that are easy to access from the hotel. Four legged friends are very welcome at Broadoaks and with Heli-pad access in the grounds, the bride or groom can arrive for the ceremony in helicopter style if they wish!
Steeped in romance and beauty there really is no better place to be married than in the stunning Lake District. From the ornate fountain in the driveway of the grand entrance to the background sound of the river Troutbeck flowing near the grounds, Broadoaks is able to deliver what you are looking for on your wedding day.
