You can use all the space in the hotel, knowing it is only your groups that will be in there. Change the rooms around to suit your set up and decorate it as you see fit.

Group Activities in the Lake District

Broadoaks has six acres of grounds that you and your event guests can enjoy. This means that there are a range of activities that can happen in the Broadoaks grounds that are fun for all of you. Perhaps you want to have an outdoor BBQ, perhaps a picnic on the lawn, for the more adventurous you can try clay pigeon shooting or other country pursuits in comfort. If you have children in your groups, then traditional games on the lawn are great and there is even space for a bouncy castle!

Meals can be made to your liking and served at time that suit your group and your groups activities. As Broadoaks is located just outside of Windermere in the heart of the Lakes it is also a great place to make as your base if you are exploring the area or even trying some water activities on the lake itself.

GROUNDS & MEAL LOCATIONS FOR YOUR PARTY

From relaxed picnics in the grounds to delicious formal meals, the food at Broadoaks Country House is delicious. As the hotel is booked on an exclusive use basis for your group, party or event meals, snacks and drinks can be served at the time that is most appropriate for you group. Broadoaks has 2 main rooms each with a 50-guest capacity and an overall party capacity of 130. The Great Oaks Room is elegant and Victorian while The Orangery is light and airy. Used In combination or separately Broadoaks is known to be a chameleon to accommodate exactly what your group needs and the grounds are simply stunning.
