We hope you have a wonderful stay with us up in the lake district. On this page you will find all the important information you may need during your stay.
Breakfast is served 8.30am till 9.30am
Dinner is served 6.30pm till 9.00pm
Check out time is 11.00am for hotel guests
Check out time is 10.00am for wedding guests
If you need to contact reception during your stay please dial 10.
We close up the house each evening at 11.30pm or when the function has finished. One of our duty managers will be on call overnight, if you do require assistance or have an emergency please dial 10 on your phone within your room.
The side door in the courtyard can be opened using your room key.
Room Facilities
- Wifi – There is free guest wifi available throughout the hotel. To connect go to your wifi settings in your phone and connect to Broadoaks Guest. There is no password and you should then be connected.
- TV – operated by a single remote that will be in your room.
- Hairdryer – You will find a hairdryer in your dressing table or in your wardrobe.
- Laundry – The ironing board in your wardrobe and just call down to reception for an iron. We can organise for your laundry to be collected by Windermere laundry, we will pass on the charge to your bill plus VAT.
- Telephones – There is a telephone in your room to contact reception, you will also be able to make external calls from this phone as well.

Breakfast Room Service
Room service requests must be submitted before 7pm the night before.
If you are staying with us as part of an exclusive hire event, breakfast room service may not be available unless agreed with your host.
For all other room service requirements please call reception dialling 10 on your phone.
