Broadoaks inclusive wedding package enables you to get everything you need for your big day at incredible value with the peace of mind of knowing exactly what your day will cost and that everything you need is arranged.
The package aims to reduce the complexity of planning your wedding without compromising on the quality or attention to detail that comes with booking your wedding at Broadoaks.
What’s in the box?
- Exclusive use of Broadoaks Country House including all 15 Bedrooms from 3pm on the wedding day until 11am on the next day.
- Pianist to play during the ceremony
- Indoor or outdoor (weather dependant)ceremony space
- Personalised Itineraries displayed at reception and in guest bedrooms.
- Wedding Favours of Lakeland Chocolate
- Fresh rose petal table sprinkles in your choice of colour
- White table linen and napkins
- Reception drink of Sparkling wine or Sparkling Wine Cocktail (One glass per person)
- 3 Course Wedding Breakfast (offering 2 choices per course from our ‘Wedding in a Box’ menu selector)
- Red and White wine for dinner (Allocation of half a bottle per person)
- Evening supper of Bacon and Sausages in fresh bread rolls
- 3 x sky lanterns
- Singer / Guitarist for the Evening Entertainment
- Use of Broadoaks Dance floor.

The package is based on 30 adults attending, if you would like to invite more guests we can cater for up to a total of 60 guests (30 additional) at a cost of only £64 per head.
Over Budget?
It is common at most weddings for guests to contribute towards their accommodation, with our room Tariff ranging from £130 to £270 per night on a B&B tariff it is possible for you to recoup some of your costs whilst still giving value to your guests, especially as they will have all of their food and drink requirements catered for.

The contributions will be applied to guest’s room bills so you don’t have to get involved in collecting any money, they can simply pay on checkout.
Extras
The great thing with our wedding box is that almost everything is included so costs don’t spiral out of control.
We understand that some wedding couples may be interested in arranging extras so we have negotiated specially reduced rates from some of the lake districts finest wedding suppliers which are available to anyone booking our Wedding in a Box – Just ask for further details.
Additional ‘Wedding in a Box’ Terms and conditions:
The booker is responsible for the full wedding box price agreed on confirmation. Only once we have charged your guests for contributions to accommodation can we credit this amount to your bill.
Wedding couples may remove items from the box however no discounts will be given. For guests with more specific requirements we suggest choosing our tailor made wedding option.
Although not essential, wedding couples may choose to upgrade wedding options or add extras to the box. All extras will be charged as agreed at the time of booking.
In the unlikely event that a service becomes unavailable we reserve the right to and will do our best to source another supplier for the same pre allocated price. If no alternative supplier can be found then the package will be reduced by the pre allocated amount to compensate for this.
Our wedding box is only available from Sunday to Thursday inclusive. For Friday and Saturday weddings, please refer to our tailor made wedding packages.
Due to the structure of the package discounts are not available for weddings of less than 30 guests.
