• If you book a room with us directly (rather than using another online booking company), then as a thank you then we will always try and upgrade you if possible if we have other rooms available on the day.
• Using this system you will be able to book a room by room type only rather than request a specific room.
• If however you have seen a "specific" room that tickles your fancy for whatever reason then we would ask you to call our reception directly to check availability (015394 45566) as we would hate to disappoint.
