With our Tailor made wedding option we will work with you to create a wedding day based on your exact requirements. We often find that wedding couples have very specific requirements and we will always try our best to accommodate your special requests.

Whether you book the hotel exclusively for one or two nights, our exclusive use charge includes the following for each night of your booking:
- Exclusive use of the hotel from 4pm until 11am the following day.
- 15 bedrooms for up to 30 adults (additional charges apply for extra guests)
- An allowance of £25 per head which can be used towards an evening meal or wedding menu.
- A personalised order of the day which is placed in guest rooms and on reception
- Provision of white table cloths and napkins
- Use of our outdoor red carpet for the wedding green or for the walk to your car.
- Use of Broadoaks standard flower table decorations
- Full English breakfast each morning for up to 30 adults
- Personal Broadoaks wedding coordinator
In addition, for your wedding day we will include a choice of flower arrangement for the registry table or choice of one limited edition print of Broadoaks.
To finish the night we have included 5 Sky candles for your guests to launch (weather permitting). These are very romantic and are the perfect way to end your wedding celebration.

As bedrooms cannot be guaranteed for check in until 3pm on the day of arrival many wedding couples choose to book the hotel exclusively for a 2 night period. Booking for 2 nights means that your guests can relax and get to know each other the night before and will have more time to get ready for the wedding day during the next morning without the added stress of waiting for access to their rooms.
Alternatively, you can book up to a maximum of 8 rooms the night before using our standard tariff rates without the need to book exclusivity of the hotel.
