We arrange lots of smaller wedding at Broadoaks each year. As the hotel has lots of intimate areas, smaller wedding parties are equally as special at Broadoaks. For weddings from 2 to 24 people our non-exclusive use wedding options would probably be most suitable for you however it is still possible to select one of our exclusive use options if you prefer. With smaller wedding parties, a private dining area can be arranged for the wedding meal and we will of course offer you an exclusive area where the ceremony will be held and where only you and your guests will be in attendance. You are welcome to book up to a maximum of 8 guest bedrooms all of which would be charged at our standard tariff rates. In addition a room hire charge would apply for the ceremony at £550 for a weekend wedding (Friday / Saturday) and £400 for a midweek (Sunday to Thursday inclusive) wedding date. This charge will still apply if you request an outdoor wedding as we will always have an indoor space reserved just in case the weather is not so good on the day.
