All rooms at our Beautiful Boutique Country house are completely different. Each room has been designed to suit the particular quirks of the room. We like to think they have their own personality, the hard bit is deciding which one will suit your needs. At Broadoaks we don’t sell rooms we sell experiences, what will yours be? We will happily help you choose if you just can't decide.
Suites & Luxury Garden Suites
Choose from a Super-King-sized hand carved 4 poster bed or King-sized shabby chic "Berger" style beds in these prestigious and luxurious rooms. The main suite has a separate shower room and double spa bath.
The luxury garden suites are decorated in a "colonial" styling to compliment the main Victorian house. All garden suites have TVs in the wall above a double corner spa bath. The luxury garden suites are set in the grounds of the hotel close to the fast running beck that runs through our grounds about 2 mins walk from the main house. Full room service is available. The garden suites have an additional sleeping area if needed for extra guests.

Our romantic collection of rooms are the ultimate in romantic luxury each one has its own unique WOW factor. Choose from King-sized 4 posters, Super-King-sized sleigh beds or a more traditional original antique brass bedstead. Bathrooms can be traditional with original antique roll tops or modern with a twist, 4ft circular spa baths to double corner spa baths with a TV in the bathroom.
