OUTDOOR GREEN WITH VIEWS TO LAKE WINDERMERE

The green shown above and below is the most popular and unique outdoor licensed wedding area that we have. This venue gets the sun all day and through the trees you can see across to the Lake District and to nearby Lake Windermere .The grass is manicured by our gardener David and looks just like a bowling green. This area is suitable for 2 to 100 guests, we can set up the chairs to suit your own particular taste, and we have a beautiful red carpet available to use as an aisle if you really want to make an entrance. The trees and outdoor swing can also be dressed with flowers of your choice; power is available for entrance music.

UPPER PAGODA

This unique covered area at the back of Broadoaks with views across our rear gardens has a magnificent backdrop of the Langdale Pikes as well as the surrounding hills and views across to Lake Windermere. This is an ideal venue to use if you want a more intimate affair. The pagoda can be dressed with flowers inside and out.
