New Year's Eve at Broadoaks is a truly special occasion, a three day program of feasting, dancing, and romancing; an all out celebration of the year that’s been and starting the new one as you mean to go on… in absolute luxury!
 

Arrival - Friday 30th December 2011

Arrive to a warm welcome where the festivities will begin from the moment you walk through the door. Once you're checked in have a seat by the fire in the music room and enjoy our decadent Afternoon Tea.

Join us at 7pm in the music room for a champagne and canape reception before heading through to Oaks restaurant for a 4 courses of finely crafted home made cuisine prepared by Head Chef Gareth Owen After dinner, relax in the Music room with Tea, coffee (or something a little stronger!).

A film will be shown from 9pm - there will be a selection available and after a quick vote sit back and relax as our staff ply you with pop corn and ice cream.
 

New Year's Eve – Saturday 31st December 2011

Broadoaks breakfast is available from 9am serving a huge range of cold and hot options to fill you up for a day of partying.

A light lunch of soup and sandwiches is served in our Music Room and Bar between 12 and 2pm if you fancy staying in house, if you're heading out and would like a packed lunch to take just let us know.

At 7pm we meet in the Music room for a champagne and canapé reception to meet friends old and new. A Wine pairing menu (for an extra charge) has been specifically designed to match the dishes on our 6 course New Year Gala Menu.

After Dinner, lets get the party started with our in house Singer / Guitarist who will play the night away with classics, feel free to make requests and don’t forget your dancing shoes! At midnight we will say goodbye to 2011 and welcome in the new year with a champagne toast under the mistletoe!

A firework spectacular will enhance this magical evening. and signal the start of the traditional Hogmanay supper of Haggis, Neeps and Tatties, don’t worry a vegetarian alternative will be. Dancing will finish at around 1am when the bar will close and we say farewell until breakfast.
 

New Year's Day - Sunday 1st January 2012

Brunch is served between 10am and midday, after a leisurely start blow away the cobwebs with a New Year’s Day cruise on the lake (tickets provided), make your choice which cruise to take leaving from either Bowness or Ambleside, the views of the surrounding snow covered mountains truly are a magical postcard memory.

Go out in style - on our last night our kitchen team have created a spectacular Gala Buffet to enjoy with new friends and family on a relaxing wind down to an eventful few days.

1. All prices per person based upon two people sharing.
2. Children under 5 free, under 12, £50 per day, under 16, £85.
3. Deposit at time of booking will be £500 per room booked.
