By walking into Broadoaks you are embarking on something truly special. Our stay over New Year was met with impeccable service without pretentiousness. Like a swan gliding across a lake the close-knit team makes running a hotel look easy! It will definitely be our first choice when we next visit.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Joe, David, the Chefs and ALL the Staff who made our New Years Eve such a great one. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble despite the fact that you must have all worked very hard over the Christmas period….so well done!

I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful night. My wife booked us in for my birthday last week, and you put us in the Elm suite - the room was fantastic, I could have stayed in there all night!
The wine and cheese to celebrate the unveiling of the paintings of Broadoaks was a lucky bit of timing for us, and (as the previous time we were there) the food in the restaurant could not have been better, and the staff are so friendly - definitely one of my favourite places, and I look forward to returning again! Having today returned from a three night stay at Broadoaks I feel compelled to pass on my views to prospective visitors. My first impression of the house was breathtaking, very traditional home
with complimenting decoration. The rooms themselves were luxurious.
Well prepared and presented food coupled with a complete wine list made our stay all the more pleasurable. We found the staff professional and attentive, very friendly and approachable. We will definitely visit roadoaks again.

Just a quick note to say we had an extremely relaxing two nights with you. From the moment we arrived we felt at home and the upper coach house room was fantastic. We would recommend the hotel to anyone who is just looking to get away from modern day life and wanting to totally chill which is what we did. I'm sure we will be back.

I just wanted to thank you for a lovely bank holiday weekend. The Yew Room was lovely, and felt like its own little house being in the building next to the main hotel.
The bed was so comfortable I could have spent the whole weekend not leaving the room!!
The whirlpool bath was out of this world, especially after a couple of days trekking on the hillside.
Such luxury!
I'd loved to have found out who was in the helicopter that landed just as we were heading out for the day!
We loved our stay there. Thanks to you and the most friendly team on the reception.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you... Tuesday 19th August our Wedding Day truly was an amazing day!!!
The food was outstanding during my 4 days at the hotel, every meal without fail was faultless. We ate at other local establishments and they did not even come close.
The service was commendable, all the staff; Joe, Robert, 'the doctor'
Gareth, Jessica and the chamber maids were all approachable, welcoming and provided us all with quality service.
To top it all though... the hotel and surroundings are absolutely beautiful, making it the perfect back drop for my perfect big day. Even more so you accept dogs!!
