We have an appetite for fine things, and the dining experience at Broadoaks in the recently refurbished Oaks Resturant is truly special. From a light lunch or afternoon tea to the new head chef signature dish menu , the award winning Michelin recommended kitchen at Broadoaks is passionate about the food they produce and always eager to create exceptional culinary experiences.

Our menu changes daily so the sample Dinner dish menu is a one off . On a Friday ,Sat and Sunday evenings our Head Chef Tarun Baxter has just introduced a special menu of signature dishs ( see the sample below ) these dishs have been recently added to a local recipe book that you will be able to buy from Broadoaks in July 2008 .

On a Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings our Chef Taran Baxter, by customer request, has introduced the following signature dish menu. You are able to mix and match from the standard dinner menu from that evening.
