We are delighted that you are thinking about holding your exclusive hire event at our beautiful boutique Country House.

The peaceful woodland with the gentle river of Troutbeck meandering through the grounds exudes a truly memorable image.
This along with our expertise in bespoke food, hand selected wines and Champagnes, organisation and attention to detail makes Broadoaks a perfect venue for your special event.

Engagements, 30th’s, 40th’s and 50th’s you name it and we have organised it. Pinks parties, Black and White parties, Black and Gold parties, themed nights we have seen them all.

Exclusive Use Hire of Broadoaks

Broadoaks is available for exclusive use at most times. The main benefit with this type of booking is that no other members of the public (apart from the ones at your event) will be allowed to use the hotel. The hotel and services we offer will be fully yours for the duration of your exclusive use booking.
For such an important occasion we advise that an appointment is made to discuss your requirements in detail over a coffee.

Alternatively come and spend the night at Broadoaks or join us for dinner, we will give you a special discount to make it worth your while.

Weekend Exclusive Hire of Broadoaks (Friday & Saturday)

Pricing starts at £3499 for use of the main house and its 16 rooms, within this price you also get a £15 per person food allowance and breakfast the following day.
For a Saturday night booking we ask that you book the house on either the Friday night or the Sunday night as well.

Midweek Exclusive Hire of Broadoaks (Sunday - Thursday inclusive)

We are able to offer one night bookings between Sunday - Thursday.
Pricing starts at £2999 for use of the main house and its 16 rooms, within this price you also get a £15 per person food allowance and breakfast the following day.

Suggested Itinery for your special event

  • 3pm: Guest check in
  • 3pm to 5pm: Afternoon tea on arrival for your guests (with an optional clay pigeon shoot or croquet on the lawn)
  • 6.30pm: Cocktail reception (why not have a dress theme? pink party? white party? black and gold party? Downton Abbey party?
  • 7.30pm: Guests called for gourmet dinner
  • 9.45pm: Speeches
  • 10.00pm: Tea coffee served in the music room or back on the outside terrace
  • 10.30pm: Entertainment begins
  • Midnight: Chill out and time for bed

Next morning

  • 8.30am to 9.30am: Breakfast (followed by clay pigeon shoot or lake cruise)
