The hotel’s Elm Suite has been recently refurbished with plush red carpet, beautiful décor and stunning antique furniture, retaining Cumbrian country house character but with a fresher more uplifting feel.

Broadoaks Elm suite is the hotel’s second largest room and the biggest within the main house, so as you would expect it has a huge King size bed, hand carved in walnut this stunning sleigh bed is a wonderful place to rest your head.

The bathroom in Elm is decorated to the highest standard with high gloss black and white tiles from top to bottom. Equipped with a magnificent double Jacuzzi bath and huge overhead shower you might not make that much use of the bedroom! This is all complimented by a range of luxury 'Bath House' products sourced locally from nearby Ambleside – perfect for pampering and winding down.

The suite is installed with a wall mounted CD system and a 32" wall mounted flat screen TV, a selection of digital channels are available.
