Discounts and supplements
Single occupancy discount 25% weekdays only (in standard and superior rooms). When a child under the age of 15 shares a room with two adults the charge will be £20.00 per night to include accommodation a zbed and breakfast ( £25 in Sequioa Suite ) . Children under 2 are accommodated free of charge. We welcome well behaved dogs in our ground floor rooms only. A charge of £10 per dog per night excluding food will be applied. No discount is allowed for any meals not taken.

High Season rates will apply at the following times:
• Half Term Breaks • Easter Break •Christmas and New Year •Valentines weekend

Booking conditions
Pets allowed in lower rooms only, if they cause a disturbance to other rooms then you will be asked to remove them to your car . Check out 11am, check in 2pm. A £75 charge on a credit card will secure your booking. This is non refundable but transferable providing 14 days notice is given. We are a STRICT NON SMOKING HOUSE. We operate a 14 day cancellation policy, within which you will be charged the full room rate for the duration of your stay on your card. We will try our best to sell the room again , if we do then of course you will be refunded .All weekend bookings Friday and Saturday night only. A single night supplement of £50 may be available at times. Easter and bank holidays 3 night min stay. Xmas and New Year 2 night min stay. All our rates include VAT @ 17.5%. Our short break rates must be pre-booked.
