Last Minute Rates
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are a STRICT NON SMOKING HOUSE. Check out is required by 11am on the day of departure and Check in is guaranteed from 3pm on the day of arrival. Short break rates must be booked in advance. You must stay on the same rate type throughout your stay.
Single Occupancy
A supplement of £15.00 applies for Country House rates and a supplement of £30 applies to our County Superior rates. We are unable to offer single occupancy rates for other room types.
Children and Extra Adults
There is no charge for children aged 2 years and under. Children and extra adults are charged at £25.00 B&B or £55.00 D,B&B. Please note that this rate is only available when 2 other adults share the same room with their extra guests. Not all rooms are suitable for accommodating extra guests.
Dogs
Dogs are permitted in our lower guest bedrooms only. Dogs are not permitted in any of the public areas apart from our outside terrace. If dogs cause disturbance to other rooms then you will be asked to remove them to your car.
Deposits / Cancellation Policy
Credit Caards and Cheques
We are happy to accept Visa, Maestro, Visa Debit and Mastercards. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express cards. We can only accept cheques up to the value of the cheque guarantee card unless the cheque is received in advance and can be cleared before arrival at the hotel.
Deposits / Cancellation Policy
A deposit of £75.00 is taken to secure each individual room reservation. Different deposits apply to group bookings and weddings and these will be confirmed at the time of booking. All deposits for private reservation are non refundable but are transferable provided 14 days notice is given. A booking may be transferred to another date only once and the new date must be within 6 months of your original date booked. We operate a strict 14 day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full room rate on your card. We will do our best to resell the room again and if we do then of course you will be refunded the amount we achieve less your £75.00 deposit.
Wedding deposits or change of wedding date
On confirmation, all deposits that have been paid are strictly non refundable at the time of cancellation. Further deposit installments will be required on the run up to your wedding booking. If a wedding is cancelled within 3 months of the wedding date booked you will be liable for the full cost of all meals, beverages, services and accommodation agreed at the time of cancellation. As with all reservations we strongly advise that you take out cancellation insurance to protect you in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
