Booking your wedding at Broadoaks couldn’t be easier.
Firstly, contact the hotel and make sure the date you require is still available. If it is we would be happy to hold a date provisionally for your for a maximum of 7 days. At the end of the 7 day period your provisional booking will need to be confirmed or released.
Secondly, contact the local registrar to make sure that they are available to perform the ceremony on the date you have booked with us.
Finally, complete our wedding booking form, read our wedding terms and conditions and fill out the relevant sections and we will do the rest. Please contact the hotel direct for a copy of our wedding booking form.
Deposit Payments
If you elect to pay by Credit or Debit card someone from our Wedding team will contact you as soon as possible to take the payment. If you would prefer to pay your initial wedding deposit by cheque this must be done in advance of the provisional booking expiring and the cheques should be made payable to, ‘Broadoaks Country House’.
Confirmation
On receipt of your deposit and signed wedding booking form, a wedding co-ordinator will be assigned to you and a confirmation will be sent out to you (normally by email, if provided) with the date(s) you have booked and with details of what happens next.
The ‘Plan your wedding’ section of the website has all the documents you should need to help you confirm wedding details to us as your special day approaches. Don’t worry we are always here to keep you on the right tracks and will always contact you if we need information that has yet to be provided.
We always recommend that you take out wedding insurance to protect you in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. It is important to note that once your wedding date has been confirmed any changes to your wedding date or in the event of a cancellation, you will incur charges which are detailed in our wedding terms and conditions.
